The private sauna is located on the ground floor, while the upper floor features comfortable sleeping areas for up to four guests. The cabin also includes a kitchenette with an electric cooktop, refrigerator, kettle, cookware, dishes, and cutlery, making it easy to prepare light meals during your stay. After a relaxing sauna session, enjoy the outdoor terrace or treat yourself to a warm hot tub under the open sky for an additional fee. Two identical cabins are available on the property.

- Reservations are confirmed after the deposit is paid. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.
- Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Personal speakers and sound systems are not allowed. Violation may result in a €500 fine and immediate eviction without refund.
- Smoking inside rooms is prohibited. Fine: €50.
- Pets must be declared before arrival. Additional charges may apply.
-Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
- Room keys must be returned at check-out. Lost key fee: €15.
- Children must always be supervised, especially near water.
- Open fires, fireworks and other hazardous items are prohibited without prior permission.
- Please respect other guests, keep the property clean and follow all safety and fire regulations.
