A very cozy and modern 3-room apartment in Santariškės is available for rent, fully furnished and equipped with all household appliances.
The bedroom has a double bed, the living room has a comfortable sofa bed that can sleep two more adults or children, and there is an additional sleeping place on a mattress in the small room behind the glass partition.
Nearby the flat you will find major hospitals and clinics, Verkių Regional Park, as well as cycling and walking paths. Pets are welcome!
ADVANTAGES:
- Only 10–15 minutes to the city center and the Old Town;
- A bus stop is just 100 meters away, and there is a Bolt scooter parking spot right next to the building;
- There is always parking space available near the house;
- The apartment has all essential items: kitchenware, bed linen, and towels.
PRICE: 40–80 EUR per night, depending on the selected dates, number of nights, and number of guests. A deposit of €100 is required when renting the apartment. It is returned on the day of departure, after the guests check out.

- Please keep the apartment clean. Wash the dishes before leaving. Report any damage immediately.
- Smoking is allowed only outside in designated areas.
- Pets allowed only with prior approval. Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
- Quiet hours: 22:00–07:00. Please respect the neighbors and avoid loud gatherings.
- Guest number must not exceed the agreed amount. No unregistered overnight guests.
- Always lock the door and close the windows when leaving. We are not responsible for personal belongings. A fee applies for lost keys or cards.
- The rental fee must be paid before check-in. The deposit is returned on departure if there is no damage.
- Do not rearrange furniture without permission. Do not leave appliances on when you are not in the apartment.
