Modernly furnished apartments with a spacious balcony are located in the “Čiki Puki Pajūrys” residential complex. The windows offer a forest view, and the Baltic Sea can be reached in just 400 meters via a convenient wooden path through the forest. The area is quiet, safe, and features a closed private courtyard.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults. It is fully equipped with all essential household appliances and amenities, including a coffee machine, kettle, induction hob, microwave with grill function, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, and disposable bathroom amenities.

During the season, residents of the complex have free access to a heated outdoor swimming pool with water temperature maintained at approximately 21–22 °C. The pool is suitable for both children and adults. The territory also includes a children’s playground, outdoor fitness equipment, sports and play areas, as well as a barbecue zone. Nearby, there is a snack and drinks bar called “Purslai”.

ACTIVITIES AND SERVICES
For active leisure enthusiasts, there is a nearby running track called “Labrytis” and a cycling path connecting Nemirseta, Palanga, and Šventoji. Adult scooters can be rented upon prior arrangement.

A sauna is available for an additional fee. Families with children can request a baby cot and a high chair in advance. Accommodation with pets is possible only by prior agreement — only small breed dogs are accepted, and an additional fee of 20 EUR applies.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The minimum booking period is 3 nights. Stays of 1–2 nights may be possible upon separate agreement. During the high season, rental prices start from 100 EUR per night, and during the low season from 50 EUR per night (minimum stay of 3 nights). Long-term rentals are arranged individually. A VAT invoice can be issued if required.

RESERVATION AND OTHER FEES
A reservation is confirmed upon payment of a 30% deposit of the total rental amount. The reservation can be canceled at least 2 weeks before arrival, in which case the deposit is refunded. The remaining balance must be paid 1 day prior to arrival by bank transfer or in cash, as agreed. The deposit is returned after departure.

PARKING
One free parking space is provided with the apartment.
