Modern two-room apartments for 2-4 people in Palanga, near the sea. The kitchen and living room are located in a common space, where there is a dining table, a folding sofa bed (160x220), a TV, a table, an armchair, a console, and a chest of drawers. In the other room there is one double bed, bedside tables, a large wardrobe with open doors, and night lamps. In the hallway there is a built-in wardrobe with sliding doors, a safe, a washing machine, a toilet, and a shower. Balcony 8 sq.m. overlooking the courtyard and pond where you can enjoy your coffee. The apartment has a furniture set with two armchairs and a table, as well as a Kamado Bono grill with all accessories.

RENTAL PRICES
The apartments are rented all year round. Long-term rental out of season is possible by prior agreement. The prices below are indicative and depend on the season, rental duration and number of people.

Off-season: 65 - 150 € per night (from 1 September to 31 May)
In season: 110 - 260 € per night (from June 1 to August 31)
Long-term rent: 500 - 800 € per month.
The minimum rental period is 1 month.
