Arrival and departure
• Arrival: from 15:00
• Departure: until 11:00
• Late departure or early arrival is possible only by prior arrangement.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on the balconies, as well as in the common areas.
• Pets are not allowed (unless otherwise agreed in advance).

Noise and peace of neighbors
• Please keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00 - let's respect other vacationers.
• Parties, celebrations or loud activities are prohibited in the apartment.

Responsibility
• Guests are responsible for any damaged or lost part of the inventory.
• Please notify us immediately of any malfunctions or incidents.

General infrastructure
• Use the swimming pool and other areas of the complex responsibly, follow the general rules.
• Children must be supervised by adults, both in the apartment and in the pool or play areas.

If you need a cot, please let us know in advance.
