The half-timbered building - architecture typical only for the Klaipeda region - was reconstructed in 2019 and received the Certificate of Authenticity. Houses with the spirit of old Germany give the city a special atmosphere. The apartments have preserved the original elements of the building's design, which are harmoniously integrated into the interior.
