- Pets are not allowed.
- Please do not leave dirty dishes and take out the trash before you leave.
- Always close the windows and lock the doors when leaving the house. Turn off electrical appliances.
- Guests must leave the apartment in a tidy condition upon departure.
- Tenant is responsible for any intentional damage
