Great studio apartment on tow floors with views of the river, in the center of Kaunas. Within walking distance, you can reach all the most popular tourist attractions. The apartments are studio type with a loft. They have one double bed and a sofa bed. There is also a bathroom with a toilet and a kitchen.

WHAT OUR GUESTS RECEIVE
Everything you see in the photos will be your private apartment. You will have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV with cable channels, Wi-Fi, washing machine, electric dryer, microwave, kettle. The apartments include one double bed and a sofa bed, comfortably accommodating two adults or children. The apartments also have all the necessary items: blankets, pillows, satin bed linen, towels, soap and shampoo, hairdryer, ironing board, iron, electric kettle, microwave, stove, plates, cups, utensils.

LOCATION
Exiting the apartments and crossing the underground passage on Karaliaus Mindaugo Avenue, you will reach the popular pedestrian and cyclist route along the Nemunas River bank (a bicycle and pedestrian path from Zemaičių Šančiai to Santaka Park in the Old Town). From K. Mindaugo apartments to the Kaunas bus and train station, "Žalgiris Arena," and "Akropolis" shopping center is only a 5-minute walk. Most of Kaunas' tourist attractions are just a 15-minute walk away: the Old Town, Laisvės Avenue (the second-longest pedestrian street in Europe), Soboras, the War Museum, the T. Ivanauskas Museum, and others.

There is an opportunity to accommodate groups of up to 22 people in the same building, in identical or similar apartments.

The apartments are completely new and designed with the comfort of those staying in mind. We have invested a lot of time, money, and love into the interior of these spaces. The building housing the apartments was renovated in 2016 but was built in 1933. So, you get not only new apartments but also a building with history (the building and complex are included in the heritage list).

The apartment has very high ceilings, so we installed a loft, which adds coziness and modernity. The interior is in the Scandinavian style: bright, functional, and uncluttered. The apartments are equipped with underfloor heating, so you can be sure it will be warm, even in the coldest Lithuanian winter, and the temperature can be adjusted as needed.
