Room amenities
The room is equipped with a bed (90x200), desk, chair, wardrobe, and shelves. The kitchenette includes an induction hob, microwave, and a small fridge with freezer. In the shared kitchen, you will find a dishwasher and other large household appliances. Bed linen, covers, and cutlery can be purchased at reception or brought by the tenant, as they are not included in the standard room set.

Shared spaces
Residents have access to a gym, work, study and leisure areas, game rooms, indoor and outdoor cinema screens, a rooftop terrace, and other shared facilities. Both the courtyard and rooftop terraces are available for free use. The building also has a laundry room (for an additional fee) and a parking lot (additional fee).

The administration is available on weekdays to assist with accommodation matters, while in the evenings, weekends, and public holidays, on-site staff are ready to provide support. Community events are frequently organized, encouraging communication, friendships, and partnerships among residents.
