Room amenities
Each room includes a bed (90x200), desk, chair, wardrobe, and shelves. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, and a small fridge with freezer. A dishwasher and other large appliances are available in the shared kitchen. Bed linen, covers, and cutlery can be purchased at reception or brought by the tenant (not included in the standard set).

Shared spaces
Residents have access to a fully equipped gym, work, study and leisure areas, game rooms, indoor and outdoor cinema screens, a rooftop terrace, and other common spaces. Community events are regularly organized, encouraging communication, new friendships, and partnerships. The administration is available on weekdays, while in the evenings, weekends, and public holidays, assistance is provided by on-site staff.
