- Apartment reservations are confirmed upon confirmation of the advance payment transfer. In case of cancellation of the apartment rental, the advance is non-refundable.
- Upon arrival, a deposit of 100 euros is collected.
- Only guests specified in the reservation are allowed to stay in the apartments.
- Parties are prohibited.
- Smoking is prohibited in the apartments. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 9:00.
PETS (DOGS, CATS, ETC.) ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
In case of violation of house rules, a fine of 200 euros is applicable.
- Upon arrival, a deposit of 100 euros is collected.
