Cozy and stylish apartments with a view of the river, located in the very center of Kaunas. All the most popular tourist destinations are within walking distance. The apartments are studio type with a loft. They feature one double bed on the first floor and two single beds on the loft. There is also a bathroom and a kitchen.

LOCATION
Just a 5-minute walk to the Kaunas bus and train station, "Žalgiris Arena," and the "Akropolis" shopping center. Most of Kaunas' top attractions are within a 15-minute walk: the Old Town, Laisvės Avenue, Soboras, the War Museum.

There is an option to accommodate groups of 12 people on the same floor in identical apartments.

The apartments are brand new and designed with the comfort of the guests in mind. We have invested a considerable amount of money, time, and love into the interior of these spaces. The building housing the apartments was renovated in 2015 but was built in 1933. So, you get not only new apartments but also a new building.

The apartment has very high ceilings, so we installed a loft, which adds coziness and modernity. The interior is in the Scandinavian style, bright, functional, and uncluttered. The apartments are equipped with autonomous floor heating, so you can rest assured that it will be warm even during the coldest Lithuanian winter, and the temperature can be adjusted as needed.
