Apartment(s) reservation conditions:
1. The Client can make an apartment reservation by phone or via TELEGRAM, VIBER apps. A deposit is paid to secure the reservation.
2. If the Tenant (Client) does not arrive at the apartment on the scheduled reservation date, the deposit is not refunded and is considered as the Landlord's minimum loss compensation.
3. The Tenant (Client) has the right to cancel (cancel) the reservation or change the reservation date by notifying the Landlord 45 days before the start of the rental period, in which case the Landlord (Executor) confirms the cancellation of the reservation or confirms the date of a new reservation. if possible. The deposit is returned to the Tenant (client) or left for a new reservation.
4. Tourist tax is not included in the price and is paid additionally.
