Large terrace with outdoor lighting, tables and chairs to comfortably spend a cozy evening.When watching through your window or drinking morning coffee on the terrace, you can keep an eye on your kids playing in the courtyard.

- When you book, advance in amount equal of two-day stay (calculated according to the selected room rate) must be prepaid to owners of the villa account. Advance payment is expected in two days, if it is not received through this period – the room is rented further. The remaining amount shall be paid before or on the day of arrival.
- Please indicate your name, period of stay and room number.
- To cancel a reservation or to shorten the time of your stay can be done free of charge in one month before the expected arrival date.
In case of shortening the stay period, or failing to arrive, payment is non-refundable.
- We do not host more people than there are beds in the room .
