Description
This room is much loved by young families. . Entrance and window is from the East (Lagoon) side, in front – a lawn with a shady Thuja. Children are very fond of playing on the lawn in front of the entrance. It is a corner room, so you can see from the terrace your own car, parked in the parking lot behind the house. Terrace with outdoor lighting, furniture for recreation.

- When you book, advance in amount equal of two-day stay (calculated according to the selected room rate) must be prepaid to owners of the villa account. Advance payment is expected in two days, if it is not received through this period – the room is rented further. The remaining amount shall be paid before or on the day of arrival.
- Please indicate your name, period of stay and room number.
- To cancel a reservation or to shorten the time of your stay can be done free of charge in one month before the expected arrival date.
In case of shortening the stay period, or failing to arrive, payment is non-refundable.
- We do not host more people than there are beds in the room.
