“Žuvėdrų kiemelis” is located in a quiet area of Žuvėdrų Street and offers cozy rooms with a private entrance and all amenities, suitable for two people or a small family for a short stay.

The house has 5 such rooms:
- 3 rooms on the first floor with a terrace
- 2 rooms on the second floor with balconies
Outside, there is a spacious terrace with garden furniture and an additional summer kitchen available for all guests of “Žuvėdrų kiemelis.” Shared areas are regularly cleaned to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Although the area is quiet, the central street is just a few minutes’ walk away. The property is fenced and under video surveillance, with a limited number of parking spaces. The sea is 900 meters away, and the city center is just a 2-minute walk.
For guests with children, there are new shared football and basketball courts and a closed playground just a couple of minutes from the cottage.

- Payment for accommodation is accepted only in cash (EUR); bank cards are not accepted

Booking and prepayment terms:
- Check-in and check-out are possible any day of the week
- Payment must be made for one night within 24 hours of booking. Otherwise, prepayment must be agreed with the host
- In case of cancellation or no-show, the prepayment is non-refundable
- Without prior agreement, if the stay is shortened upon arrival, the client pays for one additional night
