Two-room apartment with all amenities in the center of Klaipeda, on S. Daukanta street. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building included in the cadastre of cultural heritage values ​​of Lithuania.

The apartment has a kitchen and living room, a bedroom, a bathroom/bathroom and a balcony, ready for a summer holiday.
The apartment is very compact and meets all the needs of the guests - a comfortable double bed, a modern kitchen, a dining table and four chairs, a double sofa bed for relaxing, a coffee table, a tall wardrobe in the hallway.

The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for your comfort and an excellent short-term vacation:
- Dishwasher, gas stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, kettle, dishes, cooking tools, aromatic coffee and tea.
- Washing machine, detergents, dryer, iron, hair dryer, bed linen, towels.
- Free high-speed Internet (Wi-fi) and you can watch cable TV on your flat screen TV.
- At the request of guests, we will deliver a cot-playpen.

- Free parking in the courtyard of the house

LOCATION
The house is located in the center, in a strategically convenient location, close to the most important and attractive objects of the city. Excellent communication with the entire port city, both on foot (legal and medical institutions, cafes in the city center, shops, sculpture park, bus and train station, cruise ship terminal, old ferry to Smiltyne) and by personal or public transport (to Melnrage - 10 min.), Karkle – 15 min., Akropolis shopping center – 10 min.).

PRICES
- Price for 2 people per day from 60 euros.
- Prices are negotiable during the Maritime Festival. The price may vary on weekends, holidays and during the summer season.
- A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival. The deposit is paid in cash. We will return the deposit amount upon departure, after inspecting the apartment.
- Possible rental for photo sessions.
- Weekly/monthly rentals available from September to June. Agreed price.
