The living room is equipped with LED lighting, which creates an even more cozy atmosphere in the evening. Well, in the morning you can drink coffee or read a book on the balcony with a wonderful view.

A spacious parking lot next to the house has been renovated, and new children's playgrounds and basketball courts have been installed nearby.

The apartment is located in a strategically convenient location - about 15 minutes walk from the Old Ferry, from where, having crossed the ferry, you can enjoy Smiltynes ​​beach or go to the dolphinarium. Also within walking distance are a grocery store, the old town of Klaipeda, restaurants, cafes, and attractions. If necessary, there are bus stops nearby, from which many city buses depart, so it is convenient to get to any part of Klaipeda, and the beaches of the Baltic Sea.

It is possible to bring pets, but please let us know in advance (we do not charge additional fees).

On weekdays the price is 40-70 € (the rental price depends on the season and the number of visitors).
Weekend 45-75 € (rental cost depends on seasonality and number of visitors).
On holidays the price is negotiable.
