Two-room apartments for a comfortable stay in Palanga, surrounded by nature, right by the sea and pine forest.

The kitchen and living room are combined in one space, where there is a dining table with four chairs, a sofa bed, a TV, a table, and a dresser. In the other room, there is one double bed, bedside tables, night lamps, a large wall wardrobe with sliding doors. In the corridor, there is also a large wardrobe with sliding doors, which includes a safe.

A separate room for the toilet and shower cabin. The terrace with an area of 18 sq.m, where you can enjoy coffee, is equipped with an outdoor table with four chairs, a folding outdoor chair, Kamado Bono grill with all accessories. For little guests, there is a crib and a high chair.

RENTAL PRICES
The apartments are rented all year round. Long-term rental out of season is possible by prior agreement. The prices below are indicative and depend on the season, rental duration and number of people.

Off-season: 65 - 150 € per night ( from 1 September to 31 May)
In season: 110 - 260 € per night ( from June 1 to August 31)
Long-term rent: 500 - 800 € per month.
The minimum rental period is 1 month.

LOCATION
A beautiful, peaceful place in Palanga, very close to the sea. Closed territory, private parking, beyond which opens a pine forest, a 50-meter running track, a popular children's playground "KAR KA" at 100 meters, nearby tennis courts, and the sea just 200 meters away.
