It is an excellent choice for those seeking peace, nature, and privacy while staying within easy reach of Klaipėda.

The homestead is suitable for small weddings, christenings, birthdays, corporate events, family gatherings, friends’ get-togethers, camping, as well as training sessions and seminars.

The territory is large and well maintained, featuring a spacious parking area. The entire homestead is fenced and monitored by security cameras. A unique highlight of the property is a small forest area, known as the “Love Forest”, where guests can relax, escape the city rush, and enjoy birdsong and natural tranquility.

On-site you will find a pond ideal for fishing enthusiasts, green leisure areas, and an open fire pit with benches — perfect for cozy evenings and social gatherings. Tent camping is also allowed within the territory.

The leisure complex includes two separate sauna houses with sleeping areas:
- Wood-fired sauna — up to 20 guests
- Electric steam “relax” sauna — up to 14 guests
- Outdoor wood-fired hot tub — up to 14 guests

Accommodation is divided into separate zones: one accommodates up to 23 guests, the other up to 14 guests, with a total of up to 37 sleeping places.
