The apartment features one double bed and one single bed and is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable short-term stay.

- If circumstances change, more guests may stay in the apartment than originally agreed (additional guest – 10 EUR).
- If more guests stay than agreed without informing the host, a penalty of 20 EUR per additional person will apply.
- A penalty also applies if guests stay with a pet without the host’s consent.
- A late check-out (after 11:00 AM) will result in an additional late fee.
- Failure to comply with house rules and generally accepted standards of behavior will result in termination of the rental agreement. Guests will be required to leave immediately. Rental fees are non-refundable.
- By renting the apartment, guests agree to the stated rules and accept full responsibility for complying with them. In the Republic of Lithuania, persons under 20 years of age are prohibited from consuming or possessing alcoholic beverages.
