Weekends (Fri–Sun):
- 1–2 guests: 170 €/night
- 3–4 guests: 200 €/night
- 5–6 guests: 230 €/night

Additional info:
- Minimum stay on weekends and holidays: 2 nights
- Single night stay: extra 50 € cleaning fee
- 15% discount for stays of 2 nights or more on weekdays (not valid during holidays or school breaks)
