- When booking an apartment, a 30% advance payment is paid in advance (or 50% during the season) of the total amount. The balance is paid by bank transfer 2 days before arrival.
- In order to cancel the reservation, the advance payment is refunded only after a month's notice before the arrival date. (If the reservation is canceled less than 4 weeks before the arrival date, the advance payment is non-refundable).
- A security deposit of €200 is paid no later than 2 days before the arrival date. The deposit is refunded after departure. If the apartment is damaged or the rules have been violated, the deposit is non-refundable.
- The minimum number of nights is 2 nights
- If you want to come with pets, it is necessary to make an agreement in advance.
- Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited in the premises
