- Each of the four studios offered has 1 free private parking space.
- The yard is closed with lifting gates.
- 550 m to the sea on foot along Smilčiai and Jurate streets
- We are going to J. Basanavičius on Smilčiu-S, Neris-Birutes al. streets - 600m.
FACILITIES
- The studio has a bathroom with toilet, shower, natural stone sink, washing machine and hairdryer.
- Fully equipped kitchen with appliances (stove, microwave with grill function, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes)
- Other equipment - TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, steam iron, heated floor, heated floor in the toilet.
- Other tools - shower gel, shampoo, towels, bed linen (bring beach towels with you)
- In the bedroom there is a bed 160x200, a sofa for relaxing, a dining table with chairs, a wardrobe.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
- When booking an apartment, a prepayment of 30% (or 100% when booking during the season) of the total amount is required. The balance is payable by bank transfer prior to arrival or in cash upon arrival.
- In case of no-show or cancellation of the reservation, the reservation fee will not be refunded.
- Shortest number of nights - 2 nights (minimum 3 nights during the season)
- A pillow fee of €2 per day for adults over 18 years of age is payable upon booking or upon arrival.
