- 2-4 people can stay (recommended for max 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children)
- Each of the four offered studios has 1 free private parking space
- The yard is closed with a lifting gate

- Inside there is a staircase from the living room to the bedroom

- Other equipment - TV, WiFi, air conditioner, steam iron, underfloor heating, heated toilet floor
- Other tools - shower gel, shampoo, towels, bed linen (bring beach towels)
- Bedroom bed 160x200, sofa for two (with sleeping function - for 1 adult or 2 children), wardrobe

BOOKING CONDITIONS
- When booking an apartment, a prepayment of 30% (or 100% when booking during the season) of the total amount is required. The balance is payable by bank transfer prior to arrival or in cash upon arrival.
- In case of no-show or cancellation of the reservation, the reservation fee will not be refunded.
- Shortest number of nights - 2 nights (minimum 3 nights during the season)
- A pillow fee of €2 per day for adults over 18 years of age is payable upon booking or upon arrival.
