The estate is located on a large area of 1.5 hectares, far from neighboring estates, on the shores of Lake Guosta!
The estate has 2 separate houses for rent: five and nine people (+ sauna for 6 people).
From the rooms, balconies and terraces of the houses there is a magnificent view of the lake!
The estate is designed for a relaxing holiday. Noisy companies are not welcome.
IN EVERY HOUSE:
• Terrace with garden furniture
• Kitchen with dining table, all necessary equipment, dishes and cutlery
• Living room with table and fireplace, TV and beautiful views of the lake
• On the second floor there are bedrooms and a balcony
• Shower, toilet
• Bed linen, towels
IN THE YARD:
• Lakeside sauna with sauna and billiard room
• Large gazebo with fireplace and evening lighting
• Basketball court
• Volleyball Court
• Swings, see-saws and sandpit for children
• Boats and kayaks
• Lake shore 100 m, ideal for swimming (shallow, sandy bottom near the shore)
• Parking spaces for cars
