History
,,Pakasas” homestead is running for more than 15 years. It all started with the discovery of the foundations in open field. First a house was started to build and at the time it was the only evidence of human presence. After the main house was finished, outdoor arbour and bathhouse followed.

AROUND VILLA HUGE PINE FOREST
Around the farm, located in the national park between “Ūkojas” and “Pakasas” lake, thousands of trees were planted. Currently, the farm is surrounded by trees which provides comfort, insulation from the regional road and surrounding homesteads, and allows you to escape the hustle and bustle of the city

ATTRACTIONS
Near the homestead there are many famous National Park attractions such as “Ginučiai” water mill, ancient beekeeping museum, legendary “Ladakalnis”, Palūšė rural church. Šiliniškės (“Bitės”) observation tower – just 1 kilometer from the villa. Our rural tourism service offers sightseeing trips

ACCOMMODATION
The main house in the middle of the area has two sides- South ant North. Both sides of the first floor has: toilet, kitchen area, dining area and lounge area with a fireplace, TV and mobile Internet. On the second floor – bedroom with two double beds. In North side there is a table for 15 people. Our rural tourism services can help to organize weddings or companies parties.

ACTIVITIES
Bathhouse offers a spacious sauna with a shower and a big dressing room to sit and relax. A cozy, hidden among the trees arbor with outdoor fireplace and a swing nearby. For those who like smoked meat and fish, we offer access to rural smokehouse. For those who like sports there is a basketball court, badminton rackets and table football.
