Apartment in the very center of Šiauliai, just a few steps from the Pedestrian Boulevard.
Nearby cafes and bars, a Kubas store, just 10 minutes walk to Saulė City (shopping center/bus station), and 5 minutes to the central city square.
The apartment has a balcony with a great view - the old house on Dvaro Street, the boulevard crossing, trees.
In the apartment you will find a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm), clean bedding and towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils (plates, pots..), capsule coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, TV. Free wifi.
PARKING
You can always find a place for your car in the yard or on the street, but parking is paid from Monday to Friday 8:00-17:00 (pay easily with the flowbird or unipark app; yellow zone 0.20€-20min or 3€/day).

Очень уютная и чистая студия. Отличное расположение - всё рядом и удобно! Да, здание старое, но внутри всё современно и ухожено: мебель и техника в отличном состоянии, идеальная чистота.
Душ просто супер — чисто, удобно и есть всё необходимое.
Балкон - отдельное удовольствие, приятно посидеть вечером.

Очень уютная и чистая студия. Отличное расположение - всё рядом и удобно! Да, здание старое, но внутри всё современно и ухожено: мебель и техника в отличном состоянии, идеальная чистота.
